FAQs and Rules
Theft will be prosecuted when we can.
Any minors as patrons or with vendors need to be accompanied by an adult at all times.
No Animals allowed
Doors open 10am Saturday 11am Sunday.
Only vendors and people involved with the show are allowed in the show before 10am Unless noted. Do what ever you want if you’re vending. It’s just not fair to patrons or us if you come in with a vendor free to just buy early. We also don’t have a full security staff there yet and Vendors have their guard down.
If you want to promote your event at our show just ask first.
No coin change or cards accepted for entry, cash and payment apps only for most shows. Some venues like Biloxi to tickets and take cards.
No wagons or carts allowed by guest. We don’t have room for it. It’s not fair to vendors who paid to sell or to us. You can bring a backpack or binder/boxes what ever you can carry that is it.
For foreseeable future we will not have PSA, SGC, BGS or anyone doing grading at the show grading. It will always be send off submissions from a group submitter.
Third party sites don’t always get our info right. Please check out our social media event pages for all details. Even flyers gets updated at times. Always check the Facebook or event page right before the show for the latest updates and info. That’s our home base for everything.
The last hour of the shows we normally stop charging entry. Vendors will starting to be leaving or have left however. But if you don’t want to pay this is how you can, just know we have a hard close time of 4 or 5pm for patrons
You can not setup shop for free at the trade tables. Vendors pay to sell and it is not fair to them. You also cannot bring a wagon load of stuff in with you.
Vendor Rules & FAQS
Vendor emails go out Wednesday evening show week. Check spam if you don’t see it. Email us if you still are not getting it.
Vendor map gets posted on social media after 5pm on Friday day before the show. Vendor list normally first of the show week. Vendors check both to make sure you’re on there.
1. Vendor check in is always at 8am Saturday 9am Sunday. If you need more time message us. We are setting up the show before 8am. Vendors must check in before setting up.
2. No Game with cash prizes period.
3. All shows can have a max of 3 people per 6’ foot table and 4 per 8’ that can behind them. This due to fire code and curtsy to your neighbors space. Tables come with 2 vendor passes extras are $10
4. Please stay until the start of the last hour advertised. If the show ends at 5 stay until at least 4 please.
5. Refunds are not given unless it’s an emergency or something serious. Then it’s a 1 time thing and table credits are given.
6. Some venues don’t allow outside food or drinks mostly the big convention centers VBC, Dothan, ect. They enforce that at their discretion. Don’t be obvious would be our suggestion. Just be smart here and you’ll be fine. At The Civic centers you can have food delivered, they don’t care. No alcohol at shows. Venues can lose their liquor license.
7. We do allow racks, shelves and stands behind center room tables. You can bring your own chairs as well. We do NOT allow full size tables behind your table. If you need a special setup to a booth space let us know. Sometimes we can build you out a space. Our setup is for shared back space can’t block other vendors from being able to move around freely.
8. What’s not our rules but we have to play by is the taxes. We cover your business license already by doing it this way. You can get your own license and be responsible for your own taxes or just fill out the form at the show. That’s the options for doing legal events at govt run venues that we use. Help us keep our venues. If we don’t do it enough for their liking they will stop renting to us or anyone else doing similar shows for that matters.
We really don’t care what you do as long as it doesn’t bother others or come back on us in a negative way. The rules have only been in response to complaints and issues. Then to protect our brand, the venues and everyone’s experience. We just want to be fair and equal to everyone while having a smooth event for all to enjoy!
